Happy People Fudge

  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips 
  • 1 c. milk chocolate chips 
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows 
  • 1 can condensed milk 
  • Dash of salt 
  1. Place ingredients in a large microwave-able bowl, and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir. If mixture is not smooth, microwave for another minute. 
  2. Stir in: 1 1/2 t. vanilla, 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional) 
  3. Pour into a foil lined and greased 9” by 9” pan. Work quickly here! Refrigerate until set, cut into small squares. In my opinion, an 8” by 8” pan would make the fudge pieces ‘higher’ while giving less area volume, but I think the pieces would be more attractive.
