Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 can (15-ozs) pumpkin
- 1 can (12-ozs) evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup butter
- Whipped topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325oF. Grease the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Top with nuts. Drizzle melted butter over the nuts.
Bake at 325oF for 60 to 70 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool – serve chilled. Top with whipped topping when served.
