Cranberry Sauce with Grand Marnier

  • 2 12-oz pkgs fresh cranberries
  • 2 apples, peeled & cut into chunks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
  1. Put all ingredients except Grand Marnier in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and add Grand Marnier.
